Sunset Shores Resort has been planned in 3 phases, offering a combination of lakefront, lake view and tree'd privacy lots in all three phases. The main amenities (Clubhouse and Pool) were completed in Phase 1 of our development and are sized to accommodate the full build out. Our Lakefront resort is situated on 143 acres of rolling hills and forests, which allows for the design of some private and large developable lots!
